About Me

Hi, I’m Roxanne Bennett.

I became a nurse practitioner because I believe healthcare should be personal, thoughtful, and centered around the individual — not rushed, reactive, or fragmented.

After years of working in traditional medical settings, I saw how difficult it was for patients to receive the time and attention they truly needed. Appointments were short. Chronic conditions were managed quickly. Prevention often took a back seat to immediate concerns.

I founded this practice to do things differently.

Here, care is relationship-based, prevention-focused, and designed around you. I combine evidence-based medicine with health coaching and long-term risk reduction strategies. Whether we’re working on hormone balance, cardiovascular health, or simplifying medications after hospitalization, the goal is always the same: thoughtful, individualized care that supports you.

You deserve more than a 15-minute visit. You deserve a partner in your health.

Integrative Care Philosophy

Integrative care blends evidence-based medicine with a holistic or whole-person approach to health. It looks beyond symptoms or lab values alone and considers how lifestyle, stress, sleep, nutrition, hormones, and daily habits influence your overall wellbeing.

In this practice, integrative means:

  • Using conventional medical treatments when they are needed
  • Thoughtfully reviewing whether medications are helping, unnecessary, or causing side effects
  • Focusing on prevention, education, and long-term health — not just quick fixes
  • Taking time to explain your health, options, and next steps in a way that makes sense

Integrative care is not alternative medicine — it is personalized, intentional medicine designed around you.
