About Me

Hi, I’m Roxanne Bennett.

I became a nurse practitioner because I believe healthcare should be personal, thoughtful, and centered around the individual — not rushed, reactive, or fragmented.

After years of working in traditional medical settings, I saw how difficult it was for patients to receive the time and attention they truly needed. Appointments were short. Chronic conditions were managed quickly. Prevention often took a back seat to immediate concerns.

I founded this practice to do things differently.

Here, care is relationship-based, prevention-focused, and designed around you. I combine evidence-based medicine with health coaching and long-term risk reduction strategies. Whether we’re working on hormone balance, cardiovascular health, or simplifying medications after hospitalization, the goal is always the same: thoughtful, individualized care that supports you.

You deserve more than a 15-minute visit. You deserve a partner in your health.

Meet Our Team

Keely Farris

Keely Farris, L.E.I.

Meet our Office Manager, Keely, a rare blend of beauty industry expertise, educator, and heartfelt passion for whole-person wellness. As a third-generation licensed aesthetician, she grew up understanding that how we care for ourselves on the outside is deeply connected to how we feel on the inside — a belief that drew her toward integrative health.

With a background in spa management and as an aesthetics instructor, she has spent years teaching others not just technique, but the art of truly caring for clients — listening, educating, and empowering them to feel their best. That same philosophy guides her work here: she wants every patient to feel seen, supported, and at ease.

Keely is on her own health and wellness journey, and that personal experience gives her genuine care for our patients. She knows that navigating your health can feel overwhelming, and she's committed to making the process feel a little more human — one warm welcome at a time.

Chad Bennett

Chad has spent over 20 years working in healthcare, with a career built around ultrasound and diagnostic imaging. What he enjoys most about this work is that it rewards careful attention to detail and taking the time to understand what you are seeing before moving forward.

Chad is currently serving as Program Director for the Ultrasound Program at Chattanooga College, where he teaches and mentors future sonographers. Teaching has taught him something just as important as imaging: people do better when information is explained clearly and calmly.

That same philosophy guides his role at Bennett Integrative Health. He works directly with clients, providing help and preventive screening in a way that’s meant to feel approachable, not intimidating. His goal is to give each patient clear, reliable information so they can understand their health without unnecessary stress or anxiety.

Chad is also Roxanne’s husband and co‑owner of the clinic. They share the belief that going to the doctor shouldn’t feel tense or rushed. Healthcare should feel welcoming and supportive, more like a conversation than an exam. They have been intentional about creating a space where your care feels unhurried and easy to navigate.

Torii Keck, RN

Torii is a registered nurse who graduated in 2010 and brings experience in Emergency Medicine, Cardiology, and Uro-Gynecology. For the past 11 years, she devoted her time to raising her three children and supporting her family — a season that has shaped her both personally and professionally.

At Bennett Integrative Health, Torii manages the in-house lab, helps coordinate care for members, and conducts weight loss follow-ups and health and wellness coaching. She is grateful for the opportunity to blend her clinical background with her life experience as she steps into this next chapter of her career, and she looks forward to serving patients with compassion, steadiness, and genuine care.

Integrative Care Philosophy

Integrative care blends evidence-based medicine with a holistic or whole-person approach to health. It looks beyond symptoms or lab values alone and considers how lifestyle, stress, sleep, nutrition, hormones, and daily habits influence your overall wellbeing.

In this practice, integrative means:

  • Using conventional medical treatments when they are needed
  • Thoughtfully reviewing whether medications are helping, unnecessary, or causing side effects
  • Focusing on prevention, education, and long-term health — not just quick fixes
  • Taking time to explain your health, options, and next steps in a way that makes sense

Integrative care is not alternative medicine — it is personalized, intentional medicine designed around you.
